A Writing Journey

I am an elementary special education teacher in Toronto, Canada. I have been a writer since I held a pencil. My relationship with writing has always been a paradox: at times joyous and exhilarating, but equal parts torcherous and depressing. This is the first time I am sharing my writing journey. As Rumi said: “As you start to walk on the way, the way appears.” With this one step, I begin to walk on my way. Let the writing journey begin….
